The damper or "soft-close” unit catches the door in the last few centimetres and gently pulls it into the fully closed position thus avoiding slamming which alleviates stress on the surrounding door frame and helps prevent finger traps.

Easy to install - Can be installed retrospectively (Please note: when retro-fitting accessories, the architrave cross piece may need to be removed).

MINIMUM DOOR WIDTH 700mm - THIS ITEM CANNOT BE USED WITH THE 48706.1 DOOR KIT.
