Basic mortice latch ideal for use with door handles fitted in residential properties.

This latch has a medium weight spring making it ideal for use with sprung or un-sprung door knobs.

Latch is withdrawn via a door handle from either side of the door (handles sold separately).

Our mortice latch is suitable for use on internal doors in residential buildings.
