• Zero clearance sliding door system is designed for use on timbers doors up to 80kg in weight.

• Low headroom solution, the door hangers are rebated into the top of the door allowing the door to between 2.5mm - 5mm below the bottom of the track.

• Pre-finished track and small distance from the top of the door to the bottom of the track means no pelmet is required,

• Track can be rebated into the ceiling to create a discrete sliding door.

• Suitable for use for sliding doors between rooms, wall openings or entrances.

• Each set includes all the main components needed to install a long lasting, smooth running soffit (ceiling) mounted zero clearance sliding door track.

• Anodised aluminium pre-drilled track for a durable, long lasting finish and easy installation.

• Suitable for wooden doors only.

Fixing Options

Rebated Door Hangers

• To achieve the small clearance between the track and the door, the door hangers are rebated (concealed) into the top of the door.

Floor Guide

• The zero clearance low headroom sliding door kit comes complete with a "T" shape floor guide, fixed to the floor next to the door frame, this helps to guide the door insuring it runs straight.
